Notices
IP and other claims
If something on this site is yours and should not be here, say so in writing. They will look at it.
Sample language for this demo, dated October 14, 2026. Have a lawyer read it before it is the live policy.
What this covers
Copyright, a trademark, a photo you took, or another claim that material on Executive Lawn Care Inc.’s site should come down. This is a notice to the business, not a filing in court.
What to send
Write to the shop and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you — phone or mail.
- What you own, and where it appears on the site.
- A short statement that you believe the use is not authorized, and that what you are saying is accurate.
- Your signature — typed is enough for this demo.
Mail: Executive Lawn Care Inc., 6321 Clinton Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37912. Or call (865) 558-9367 and follow it with the same note in writing.
What happens next
The shop reviews the claim and, if it holds, removes or replaces the material. If they disagree, they will tell you why. A person who posted or supplied the material can send a counter-notice: what was removed, why they believe it was a mistake, and how to reach them.
Other complaints
A problem with a job, a bill, or something the crew did on a property is not an intellectual-property claim. Call the shop and describe the yard and the date. They should answer you during posted hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m..
