Consents and disclosures

If you send the request form or call (865) 558-9367, you are asking the shop to contact you about that property. That is consent to use the name, phone number, and address you gave for that job — not permission to add you to a marketing list.

On this demo, the form does not send or save the note. On a live site, the same fields would go to the shop so someone can call you back.

A number you give may be called or texted about scheduling, a price, or a question on that yard. Message and data rates from your carrier are yours. You can say stop, and they should stop messages that are not about a job already underway.

A number discussed in the driveway or on the phone is an offer for that visit, that yard, and the work described. It becomes the job when you and the shop both agree — a clear yes, not a guess from a web page. Extra work you add later is priced before they do it.

The crew may photograph a yard to price it or to show you what they did. Those photos are not used in advertising unless you say they can. The pictures already on this demo site are not customer yards from their route, except the truck photo taken from the company’s own Facebook page.
